The bomb blast that occurred in
Middle Road by Gold Coast Road of Sabon Gari area of Kano state claimed about
seven lives and many others with different degree of injuries.
According to Mr. John who had a deep
cut on his face the bombers could not hit their primary target, a newly opened
relaxation bar cum hotel in the area due to lack of parking space; else lots of
lives would have been lost.
Among the casualties one was confirmed dead today by his friend who escaped by a stroke of fate.
